My experience in Mrs. Dee Dee’s sourdough class was unforgettable! The environment was calm, comfortable, and peaceful, and the excitement of learning was in the air! She did an excellent job of explaining all things sourdough - including the health benefits, how to prepare a loaf, and what you can do with the discard.
